Sarah Glenn has recently been promoted as Associate Director – Finance, Communications & Marketing with her approach of mainly focussing on the strategy & development of the future business & growth for RGI Solutions in the way we communicate with our clients. As a company, our focus has always been on ensuring that our integrity, reliability, insight, value & quality, is not compromised & we are extremely excited to see Sarah use her 15 years experience within the company, to drive the company forward as we enter our new phase of growth.
We are also extremely proud to introduce Donna Emmett as our Head of Conversation Management & Intelligence. Donna has been with RGI for nearly 5 years now & her knowledge has been priceless to our company in growing this sector of the business. Donna prides herself on getting the best results for our clients, completing a fast, thorough & cost effective way of investigating claims.
Lastly, we would like you to join RGI in congratulating Andrew Meanock’s promotion as Technical Quality Manager.
