RGI Solutions are looking for an Administrative Technician. We are offering a competitive salary and looking for someone who is hard working, enthusiastic, ideally with previous experience of working in a fast paced administrative environment to join their expanding team.
Main Purpose
- To act as a key component of both our administrative and typing teams to ensure adherence to client SLAs.
- To offer cross – departmental resource support to the administration and typing teams.
Principal Tasks and Duties
- Offering assistance to the administration team handling the resource overflow of the Instructions Processor, Logistics Coordinator and Admin Clerks.
- Liaising with our field agents to ensure that investigations are completed in accordance with specific case and client requirements.
- Handling incoming calls from our clients, their customers and our field agents.
- Offering assistance to the typing department and handling the resource overflow of both the audio typing and statement transcribing pool.
- Audio typing dictated reports ensuring that they are in the specific format requested by the specific client.
- Ensuring our case management system is accurately updated.
