RGI Solutions are looking for self-employed investigators with experience of obtaining CPR compliant statements for Motor Theft Claims & Accident Claims within the insurance & legal sectors.
RGI Solutions are one of the leading investigation companies in the country and have been so for over 30 years, during which time we have recruited hundreds of people from the police service with whom we have forged longstanding and mutually rewarding relationships.
We are continuously looking to add to our team of self-employed investigators and are seeking to recruit retired police officers with over 10 years police service or people with a proven investigative background in the motor theft /accident claims industry with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Who are we looking for
As we work in a sensitive environment we are looking for people with a keen eye for detail, who will have an unbiased ethical approach to help us to treat those we deal with fairly and secure good customer outcomes.
Applicants need to be dedicated investigators who are able to work unsupervised with excellent communication and analytical skills. Applicants must have access to Microsoft Office and email but as we are an innovative company we may require your assistance in developing and testing our technology-based investigation products and services.
It would also be of benefit if you have the current Level 3 NVQ in Professional Investigation; however, this is not a necessity as we can help you gain this qualification as and when it becomes necessary.
You must have your own transport and be willing to be flexible, travelling within an approximate 30-mile radius of your home address to attend appointments.
