With a head office based in Cheadle Hulme, over 20 in house staff members, with over 200 field agents and over 20 blue-chip insurance/legal clients, RGI Solutions has grown to become one of the UK’s and Ireland’s leading independent investigation specialists.

 

This requirement comes at an extremely exciting time in the business’s history and there is a huge potential for a motivated individual to come into the business and make this role their own. Although the Head Office is in Cheadle Hulme, for the right applicant, we would also consider permanent remote working so you can be based anywhere in the UK. Experience in motor fraud investigation is essential as the role requires someone who can handle a caseload of potentially fraudulent insurance claims. A high level of organisational skills is essential to be successful in this role.

 

To apply for this role the successful candidate must have the following skills/experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years motor insurance fraud experience
  • Detailed knowledge of insurance claims and associated terminology
  • Ability to be able to complete their own intelligence/database enquiries (we also have our own intel team)
  • Exceptional report writing skills (be able to type own reports accurately and at a good speed)
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be able to manage own workload and are well organised
  • Confident in decision making with an exceptional eye for detail
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
